Is , was, or were???

Hi guy's is there anyone can help me to explain how to use the Is, Was and Were
I really don't know when do I need the Is , was and were.. specially the 'were"

Hi mAindy, We use "is" for present simple and with non-plural noun. Ex: He is nice We use "was" for past simple and with non-plural noun. Ex: He was nice (not nice anymore) We uses "were" for past simple and with plural noun.
