Is vs. was

A. Another accomplishment I am most proud of is the contribution I made to my past employer.
B. Another accomplishment I am most proud of was the contribution I made to my past employer.

1. Which is correct above?
2. Is it A because I am proud at present of the accomplishment and it is consistent with the simple present "am" before it?
3. Or is it B because the accomplishment/contribution was made in the past and is consistent with "made" after it?
4. If my interpretations are incorrect, what is the difference?
5. Which would you choose for an interview?

Please advise. Thank you.
