Is vs has been [attracted]

Howdy,

I'm wondering what the difference between these sentences is:

1) He is abnormally attracted to heavy music these days.
2) He has been abnormally attracted to heavy music these days.
3) He is being abnormally attracted to heavy music these days.*

*I think this one is wrong but, right?

Thanks,

PS. btw. should it be "I'm wondering what the difference between these sentences is" or "I'm wondering what is the difference between these sentences" ?

#3 sounds unnatural to me, but I can't say that it is incorrect. I'd say what the difference is between these sentences OR what the difference between these sentences is.

Aargh, difficult questions I see!
I would say #1 and #3 are alright, and #2 would be better with "lately" instead of "these days".
