In the follow sentance is it "Only one of the following statements IS true" or "ARE true" since It's referring to only one statement being true but there are three statements.

Only one of the following statements is/are true: one: I have naturally blond hair two: I have three pocket dogs at home and three: I love eating ice cream in the winter.
