Is "unclassy" a word?

Hi,
I heard unclassy on television.
I also heard' 'to no longer be in control of your behavior' Is that idiomatic? I've heard 'be in control of your emotion but never 'behavior'
What do you think of the sentence?

I hate women that drink so much that they are no longer in control of their behavior. That's unclassy.

Thank you in advance
