Is toffle words useful in common life?

Hi everybody, I had use toffle books to remember words for sometime, but I just feel that some words are not ofen used in common life, should I continue to keep the toffle vocabulary??And do you have suggestions about vocabulary books??

Do you mean TOEFL? I have never heard of Toffle books. Most student books use words from all around the world and are collected in everyday situations therefore if up to date, most of the words will be in common usage but may not be common is every English speaking country.

I cannot use the words properly in common life,so I just think some of them are useless.

I meant that some words are not used often in communication and reading.

Some of the words that you are learning now you might not be using on a regualr basis but they may be required once your level of English improves. There will always be some words that you learn and won't really use, but that doesn't mean that you shouldn't learn them.
