Is "to" necessary?
Hello!
Is the underlined "to" necessary? Any other gramatical improvements necessary?
On December 1, 2000, the plaintiff sent to the defendants notices requesting to execute obligations stipulated by the agreement until January 29, 2011 and warned that in the event of default the plaintiff will be forced to apply to the court with a request for recovery of debt.
