Is this written correctly? Does anyone notice anything wrong with this two sentences?

If a student starts showing signs of disruptive behavior such as talking loud, interrupting or having side conversations. A teachers first reaction should be to remain calm.

In and "If" sentence, you need a "then." If the student does this, then what? That part is missing.

Also, look at "teachers."
