Is this written correctly?

Hi, I have the next exercise, would you mind to check it?

Your teacher wants you to write about a place you like. Write about

  • where the place is
  • why you like the place.

Write 30-40 words.


My answer:

Speaking of my favorite place I believe it would be the street where I grew up. There I spent a lot of time with my family and friends. It is the place where I left my best memories.
