I can't tell because I don't know what the Constance relief center is. I did an Internet search and got no hits on the phrase. That makes me think you should be calling it something else. But imagining that that is its name and that there is only one: "A donation has been made by the couple on your behalf to the Constance Relief Center, where Doug is a year-round volunteer."
