Is this wording okay?

Hello! Is the following wording okay?

On February 20, 2010 the Company brought an action to the Court against the defendant concerning recovery of a debt arising from the loan agreement of January 21, 2008 in the amount of USD 6000 consisting of unpaid loan USD 5000, interest for using the loan USD 500 and penalty USD 500.
