Is this understandable?
Hi!
Is the following sentence understandable?
Please submit to our office the following documents: statements of account with respect to time period from May 1, 2014 to the date of receipt of the request; evidences concerning expenses incurred due to renting the apartment.
With "statements f accounts" I mean printouts from the bank account which detail all transactions.
