Is this the write to make a request?

I wish to obtain a copy of my results for the same I wrote the following request letter. Is my letter accurate and to the point?

Dear Sirs/Mesdames,

I would like to have a look at the results of the placement test which I took before starting my course.

I tried all the available website options, however I could not locate my test results. Could you please email me a copy of the placement test results.
