Is this the word I'm looking for?

if a lot of people already said it before I got the chance (at the same place to the same person), but I want to say it anyways, is this the correct way of saying it?

"Even though it's getting pretty redundant over here, I wanted to say 'Happy Thanksgiving!'"

Or is 'Repetitive' the word I'm looking for?
