Is this the right way to wite?

I am studying Engineering(B.E) at Anna University...

So, is this a write headline.. if not, how should I write?

E. Grad" I don't know what you mean by a headline. If it's for a resume, it's common to write something like "Bachelor's of Engineering, Anna University - May 2012 (expected)" Otherwise, you are a student pursuing a BE, not a graduate with a BE.
