That’s me
Hello, I’m ____. My birthday is on the 6. July 1990. I live in ____ (It’s a little village in the north of Switzerland, with about 1000 inhabitants). I have a twin, which’s name is Adrian and two elder sisters, Stephanie (17) and Kathrin (19). Adrian visits the last year of compulsory schooling and my two elder sisters are also at high-school. My father is an engineer and my mother was a teacher but she’s now a “family-manager”. We have some pets, like cats, fishes and lizards.
I go to school in __ which is about 15km from ___. At the moment, there are almost 750 students in this school. This is my tenth school year and my first one in this school. Sometimes I must motivate myself in the morning, in thinking of having a nice day with my class. But in general, I like to go to school. If I had to choose two subjects I dislike the most, I’d probably choose history and arts. I like maths, science(especially chemistry), Latin and French the best. I’m in an Immersion-class, which means, that half of all lessons are teached in English (that’s among other things a reason why I want to do an exchange year ) .
In my free time, I often meet some friends, with which I like to play on the computer, do some sports (especially badminton&volleyball), go to the cinema or just go out. I don’t smoke and ,anyway, I wouldn’t describe myself as a daredevil. I think I’m quite patient, open and reliable but sometimes also a bit lazy. I don’t play any instrument, but I thought several times of starting playing piano.
I really like to travel. We already travelled a lot. I have been to Australia in summer 2002. We have travelled around for almost five weeks. Among other cities, we also visited Cairns. I immediately fell in love with this city, because I felt in the first moment the feelings of holiday.
