I originally wanted this statement to mean that we would enlighten all who seek self-fulfillment on what the pursuit of happiness is. I believe that I didn't get the prepositional phrases in the correct place, and know I am left with wanting to enlighten all who seek self-fulfillment (that are pursuing happiness). :/
