Is this statement alright?

It is no surprising to say that the problem of aging population will be getting even worse in the future.

I rarely see people using 'will be getting' instead of 'is getting'.

Nevertheless, it can be done, and here is an example of it.

Not exactly. You can say, "the problem caused by the aging population", but that doesn't say what the problem is. It's just something that the aging population causes, whatever it is.

In the original the aging population IS the problem.
