Is this speech natural in spoken English?

You know? People aged forty-four in the UK knows more technology than us because their rich and back in the 80s computers were widely used in schools, stores in the UK. Unlike us Cambodians. Back in the 80s, we don't even get a chance to use a computer. Education was really suck. Technology and Education are still suck today in our country. Most of our teachers doesn't know much about technology. That's why we can fool our teacher by bringing the TI-Nspire calculator in class and play games during the maths lesson. Banning mobile phones? No worries cause we got our smart calculator that can do more than basic arithmetic. If we want to take pictures, we use a spy pen—another superb technology. If we were in a UK school, we might get caught filming. Because in the BBC One programme: Caught Red Handed. The shop owner used a spy pen to track a robber who always snuck and stealing stuffs in the counter. That means those who are still watching TV—mostly elders—know that this thing exists.

We wouldn't had known these kinds of technology, if we hadn't been living and studying in the UK. Special thanks to my uncle for sending us to Grange Primary for 6 years. Though TI calculators ain't widely used in UK schools but we saw a few students used it.

Ps. How do I type an "em dash?"
