No it doesn't! I would say "Please REMEMBER to use our STANDARD format in future".

REMAINED is definitely wrong here. REMAIN means to stay when others have left. I think you meant to use a different word. Maybe you mean REMINDED. "Please BE REMINDED" is another way of saying "Please REMEMBER" but it's very formal. It's almost "legalese", that weird version of English that you see in legal
