Is this small passage worded in the correct way?

FYI- Szass Tam is the lich and the Council of Zulkirs is the other zulkirs. After speaking with Yaphyll about the war, Szass Tam forced her to perform the strongest divination known to her order no matter the consequences to her own well-being in order to tell him how to arrange for a decisive victory over the other zulkirs. Yaphyll completed the magical ritual and told Szass Tam to lead his strongest army, the legions of High Thay, against the Keep of Sorrows in order to get the Council of Zulkirs to commit their main forces to a major confrontation in which the lich could entrap and defeat them.
