Is this sequence of words correct in English?

Hi guys!

Just wanted to ask whether this sequence of words correct in Engish or do I need to make any amendments?

Court summons you to attend the court hearing on August 30, 2014 at 09:15 o’clock at Freedom Street 37, 2nd floor, 6th court room, Dublin, Ireland, as the defendant.

Thank you!

I'd do it this way but I have no way of knowing Irish legal phrasing: Court summons you to attend the court hearing on August 30, 2014 at 9:15 AM at 37 Freedom Street, 2nd floor, 6th Courtroom , Dublin, Ireland, as the defendant.
