Is this sententce true!?

Hi every one;

I have recieved a letter to write in somewhere. I'd like to know if they've written the sentences correctly. I think they are native English, but I'm not sure.

Can you please rewrite the sentences in correct way if they are incorrect.

"For your convenience each room is equipped with a
Mini Bar/Refrigerator for use if required during your stay with us.

The charge for this facility is set £2.00 per day. During your stay if
you should decide that it would be beneficial to you, please consult
our Receptionist who will then ensure that it is fully stocked and
operational for the duration of your stay."

Thanks

What is this all about? Did you not write the letter yourself? If is from a native speaker, why do you think it is wrong? If you have received it, why are you rewriting it?

It's something to be written in a hotel's room. I didn't write it, someone bring it to me to design something for it. I'm not sure if the write is native or not. The sentences come somehow weird to me, so I like to know if the are correct or not.

I see. It's OK, but it is too wordy. I would simply do this:

For your convenience, this room is equipped with a refrigerator and optional mini-bar. The charge for this amenity is £2.00 per day. If you would like the mini-bar, please consult our receptionist, who will ensure that it is fully stocked during your stay.

Bbk_agp I'd like to know if this sentence is OK, regardless of being too wordy:if you should decide that it would be beneficial to you...It's just not normal for me. Is it OK to use "should" in such sentences? And how about the word "beneficial"?
The words fit grammatically, but it is not the normal wording for a hotel-room door notice. Notice are simple and
