Is this sentene grammatically correct

"The findings lack in generalisability because they may not be generalisable to left-handed individuals since the sample consisted of right-handed people only."

It's grammatically correct, but I would not use the word "generalisable." after having just used "generalisability." I would write this:

"The findings lack in generalisability because they may not be applicable to left-handed individuals since the sample consisted of right-handed people only."

Or

This seems unnecessarily wordy to me. I'd consider

eg "One cannot generalize from the findings, since the sample consisted of right-handed people only."
