Is this sentences written correctly?

I would like to ask you how important is the knowledge of AutoCat? I am a recent electrical engineering graduate and I do not have work experience about AutoCat. Do you have any advice for graduate student that what should they do if they do not have knowledge of AutoCat? Should they apply for your jobs? What is the likelihood of not getting a job in your company without having knowledge of AutoCat?
