Is this sentence wrriten correctly?

She's Chinese and married a Korean man.

Is that okay? Or should it be:

She's chinese and she married a Korean man.

As and is a coordinating conjunction there's no need to repeat the subject (she). As long as you capitalize Chinese both sentences are fine. CB
