Is this sentence wrong and unnatural?
Below you will find guidelines on clothing that does not fit in with what Holland Casino considers to be stylish or well-groomed, and which does not fit in with the unique experience.

I read it as formulaic marketing-speak.

I agree with teechr - I don't know what that means.
A list of all the clothing that does NOT conform seems a terrible task.

You forget to list "fishnet underwear with nothing covering it" and they show up in that and say "But it wasn't on the list!"

"unique experience" refers to the experience for the customers; i.e. it's basically talking about scruffy clothing spoiling the ambience. For me it is fairly easily intelligible, but seems like clapped out marketing jargon.
