Is this sentence written correctly?

Is the sentence below structured correctly? My primary concern is that I really don't know where to place the phrase "10 years ago."
I also have secondary concerns. Should 10 be spelled out? Should Founder be capitalized? My grammar check suggested replacing "faced with." Thanks.

Our group began as an idea from Founder Sue Mason who, out of necessity as a military wife, was faced with trying to find work from home 10 years ago while supporting her husband through two deployments to Iran.

Hi, Our group began as an idea 10 years ago from Founder Sue Mason who out of necessity as a military wife was faced with a challenge to find a job from home while supporting her husband through two deployments to Iran. I removed several unnecessary commas. You only need to write the alphabetic form of numbers if they are less than 10.

Hi, Hamid.

Thank you for your prompt response. Your version is much better written than mine. So, I need no commas to separate "out of necessity as a military wife'?

Thanks so much.

Hamid can answer for himself, but I'd say you could use those commas if you want. I don't think I would.

Thank you very, very much.

Your sentence reads well and clear without a comma. Removing the comma does not create any confusion, therefore, I would leave it out.
