Is this sentence worded properly?

FYI- Magius is the mage. Dracos tortured Magius, who had reverted to wearing the White Robes, and sent a magical vision to Huma which showed him killing his captive with foul magic. The body of Magius was then sent to Huma, who mourned the loss of the mage though swore to cherish his sacrifice and defeat Dracos in his friend’s name.
