Is this sentence worded in the best way?

While a small dragon on her home world, Malystryx soon found that she dwarfed all Krynnish dragons. A monstrously large dragon, Malystryx was known to have been over four hundred feet in length, and had a gargantuan wingspan that measured over five hundred feet.

'what better else can you get at such cheap rate?' -is the sentence grammatically correct? the sentence is supposed to convey the meaning : you can't expect anything better than this one which you already have at such cheap rate.

"Else" means "in addition to."
When you get something "better," it usually replaces the other thing.
