Is my sentence understandable?
In accordance with provisions of the Pledge agreemen, the Company XXX pledged to the Bank financial resources in the amount of 25 000 as a security for fulfilment of obligations of the Company YYY, company registered in the Belize, arising from the agreement signed on August 10, 2010 between Bank, acting as a creditor, and Company YYY, acting as a borrower.

I would simplify this a bit and make a few corrections: In accordance with provisions of the Agreement, Company *** pledged [$]25,000 to the Bank as security for the fulfillment of obligations incurred by Company YYY, a company registered in Belize, arising from the agreement signed on August 10, 2010 between the Bank, acting as a creditor, and Company YYY, acting as a borrower. ). Also, I do not know if you need so say where the company is registered.
