Is this sentence structure correct

When Safford of Fredericksburg contacts PNC Bank Loan Department and provides my name and address as well as all information that pertains to the vehicle (Year, Make, Model and VIN) for obtaining the vehicle’s title and clearing the loan from my name. This vehicle was purchased outright and no vehicle was traded in as part of the purchase.
