Is this sentence right?

My question:
Who do you think you are, ordering me to do this and that?
What do you think you're doing, telling me to shut up?
What role do the participle phrases in bold play?

Someone's answer:
They explain what the preceding clause is referring to. If I asked "Who do you think you are ?", you could answer "I'm Park Sang Joon". Adding the qualifier let's you know that the purpose of my question is different - here, I want to know what right you think you have to give me orders.
So they are qualifiers, explaining exactly what is being referred to by the very general "you are" and "you're doing".

"Let's" is the abbreviation of "Let us", so Is this "Adding the qualifier let's you know that the purpose of my question is different" right sentence?

Thank you in advance for your help.
