Is this sentence related to Asyndeton?

A. People talk about that as if men are super-human, as if just because you were born with a penis, that means that you can defeat every single female.

Q1) In sentence A, is "and" omitted as in "People talk about that as if men are super-human, (and) as if just because you were born with a penis, that means that you can defeat every single female." ?

Q2) If "and" is omitted, is this omission related to the grammar term Asyndeton?

As an Asyndeton example,

Ex)This is the villain among you who deceived you, who cheated you, who meant to betray you completely'

Q3) Is it okay to include "and" like in Q1?
