I got it from this segment... Use of tablet devices such as the iPad was found to facilitate the achievement of many of the core elements required within the Curriculum for Excellence framework and could be further developed in order to achieve these aspirations ... but I didn't put quotation marks cauz I changed 1 word... is it still plagiarized?

If those were the original words in the report, and you have said 'Research done by the University of Hull stated that use of ...etc", then you are not plagiarising. Plagiarism is presenting the work of other people as your own.

Incidentally, the word is 'because', not 'cauze'.
