Is this sentence past future perfect?

The queen regarded him coolly. “I had not thought you so niggardly. The king I’d thought to wed would have laid a wolfskin across my bed before the sun went down.”

Is this "would have laid" past future perfect, used to predict an action that event would have been done was by a certain time in the future of past?

Thank you in advance.
