You are the girl with the sweetest voice I have ever talked to.
Should it be a girl or the girl? If said to someone you just met.

I'd rewrite this as
Of all the girls I've ever talked to, you have the sweetest voice.
Otherwise it sounds like you're talking to the voice, not to the girl.
