Is this sentence Ok?

This is an event that requires the presence of the Director.

According to corrections to my corrections by senior moderators, either that or which is appropriate here. I would use which, which doesn't matter. My only comment is that considering this sentence out of context, director is a common, rather than a proper, noun and should not be capitalized.
