One of my students wrote sentence like this

If I have kind and smiley colleagues, my work is going to be fun and my motivation going to raise.

I tried to correct his sentence as below

If I have kind and smiley colleageues, my work is going to be fun, and my motivation is going to be raised.

( or my motivation is going to rise. )

Is the sentence below ok? ( I would like to correct the student's sentence without rephrasing the word(s)/

phrase (s) as possible.
