Is this sentence OK?

Would you please comment on the sentence below?
"Sallinen et al. compared a 30- and 50- minute nap at 1 am and 4 am and concluded that the two nap types had positive effects on performance; 50-minute nap, however, caused a 10- 15 minute sleep inertia."

a 30-minute nap at 1 am is compared to a 50-minute nap at the same time and a 30-minute nap at 4 am is compared to a 50-minute nap at the same time. Does the original sentence convey this meaning?

Thanks!
