Is this sentence natural and grammatical and does it make sense?

A. "Could you recommended a hotel for my family to visit the city next month?"

I wrote it as meaning "Could you recommended a hotel for my family, who are going to visit the city next month?"

So my questions are...

1. Is the sentence A natural and grammatical and does A make sense?

2. In sentence A, is "to visit the city next month" referring to "my family"?
