Is this sentence grammatically right?

"I heard that you shouldn't use bathroom white people using"

I think this sentence is wrong because of 'white people using'
but I can't exactly explain why this sentence is clearly wrong.

I hope someone to explain whether this sentence is right or wrong and if this sentence is wrong, then please explain why this sentence is wrong.

thanks.

As it stands, the sentence is not correct and the meaning is unclear. Where did you read or hear this sentence?

It's possible that "white" is a typo for "while," in which case it might mean somethhing like "I heard that you shouldn't use the bathroom while other people are using it."
