Grammar

Is this sentence grammatically correct ? Is it makes sense ?

Dear friends I would be more than oblige if you could see and tell me this sentence is gramatically correct or not. I want to know it makes sense or not. On grammar part I think all seems ok but still would be happy to know corrections from you if there is any. Here is my sentence: "I perhaps would have replied you sooner if my busyness was physically tiring not mentally"
Is it sounds ok to you ?
Thanks

That's a lot of information to put in one sentence. You need something more like this: I might have replied to you sooner if I had been [occupied / busy] with something physically, rather than mentally, tiring. CJ

Thanks for your reply but you didn't tell my sentence is correct or not ? Actually usage of word "busyness" is for some specifix purpose. So I can't replace it.

No, it's not correct. replied to you, not replied you.

One could argue that was should be had been.

Other than that, it's just a matter of punctuation and being more idiomatic.

physically tiring not mentally is difficult to gras
