Is this sentence grammatically correct?

We need to look for new option or opt models from other supplier, as this order has arrived second time in damaged condition.

I can understand it but I don't feel it sounds clear for others. " I prefer to use "have to" in this situation, because I feel it's stronger than "need to", but "need to" is correct, too. I wouldn't sate the need of a new model, because "better supplier" supposedly would provide a better product; if you changed the supplier, the product would be changed as well.

  • I'm not sure of my sentences structure either, it's better to wait for the teachers' correction.
