Is this sentence grammatically correct?

Hi,

Is the following sentence correct?

"ROS contains superoxide, hydrogen peroxide, hydroxyl radicals, and singlet oxygen, which is produced in the endoplasmic reticulum, cell membrane, peroxisome, and mitochondrion by normal cellular metabolism as well as inflamed cells.
