Is this sentence grammatically correct?

We checked the packing label on the each items supplied against the item breakdown list and it founds that items received are correct and correspond to the list privided.

I'd also favour a comma in there as it seems a little unwieldy, but that's probably not a necessity. Note that I also corrected the spelling of 'provided'.
