Is this sentence grammatically correct?

Kindly discard the attached file in the below mail as the project code was wrongly mentioned. Nothing was issued to this project SG36 from our stock but these were issued to SMCGK, not project SG36

Shall I write as follows.

Kindly discard the attached file in the previous mail as the wrong project code given. No items were issued to this project SG36. Actually, the items were issued to SMCGK but it was mistakenly mentioned in the report.
