Is this sentence grammatically correct?

As requested, the items which were received in December 2014, have already been delivered to the site, so we can keep stock only from the items received last week.

We have received the stripe-lights in 2 deliveries, one was in December 2014 and second delivery was last week

We received a instruction to keep one of each size in stock yesterday, but unfortunately all the items have already been delivery to the site at the request of site management, except for the items received last week. So, can I write as follows
