Keep it short and simple.

Consider:

Greetings. We would like to make an appointment to discuss our Corporate Travel program. Could you provide me with a list of dates and times that would be convenient for you to meet with us? Kind regards, ***

I prefer this:

Greetings! We would like to make an appointment to discuss our Corporate Travel Program.

That would be fine, but I would not use an exclamation mark after the word 'greetings'. It looks as if you are shouting.

Consider:

Dear, Mr. X,

We would like to make an appointment to discuss our Corporate Travel Program.
