Is this sentence grammatically correct?

"Charge air reduces the temperature of the compressed air in the intake manifold, permitting a denser charge of air to be delivered to the engine because and it's density is reduced."

Is the coloured part gramatically correct? I have never seen the use of because in this way(because + and ), if it is correct, what is the meaning of "because and"? And also "it is density is reduced", is it emphasize that because it is density that has been reduced, therefore a denser charge of air is delivered to the engine?

Any help would be appreciated!!!

There seems to be more than one problem; all seem to be typing mistakes. This is correct: Charged air reduces the temperature of the compressed air in the intake manifold, permitting a denser charge of air to be delivered to the engine because its density is reduced. -- Grammatically yes, though it doesn't match my idea of the physics of the operation.
